By proceeding to book a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- TalkColleges advisors are current university students acting as peer mentors, not licensed educational or professional counselors. Advice given during sessions is based on personal experience and does not guarantee any admission outcomes.
- TalkColleges is not liable for the content of any advice given during sessions.
- Sessions are refundable until 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A small processing fee will be applied to all refunds.
- To safeguard the digital safety and privacy of our advisor community, you strictly agree not to record, capture, distribute, or log any audio, video, text communications, or advisor profile details in any format. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is a direct violation of our privacy policy and will result in potential legal action under applicable privacy laws.
- All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
